Intake Assessment (55-60 minutes) $250

Individual Session (53 minutes) $175

Payment + Insurance

I am an in-network provider for the following insurance companies:

• Cigna
• Evernorth
• Optum
• United Health Care
• United Behavioral Health

Please check with your insurance provider to determine your benefit coverage.

I require clients to keep a credit card or HSA card on file with my billing team, Prestige Medical Billing Company.

Late Cancellation Fee + No Show Fee

Because your appointment is a time held exclusively for you, I require at least 24-hours notice to cancel or change an appointment. This is not just for me, but also for people on my waiting list who may feel in need of an urgent appointment. If you cannot make an appointment, someone who really needs an appointment may be able to come in. 

A $125 fee will be charged if you:

• Do not show for your appointment
• Are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment
• Cancel an appointment without 24-hours notice
